Not that I'm big on people doing characters that have already been done. It does look pretty good, not sure of why you've got the red on the costume however.
Also black is hard to avoid when your doing the "ninja" SnakeEyes. Being that he is just a comando, who thinks he is a ninja. lol.

I like it! I especially like the goggles you found. I hear ya about the red on there, but it appears he's using it as a bomb and the red are sticks of dynamite.
Yeah, like most Snake-Eyes pics, the black washes most detail out, but I do like your costume. ;D
One thing I'd add is swap out the suspenders you're using with a set of black military Y-suspenders to make it look more like the figure.

Oh man LOL. Proping in Public Rules to live by: When going to White Castle at 4am after showing your prop Dinimite Bomb to your friend, Make sure you put it in the trunk or at most under the seat out of sight, as not to scare the crap out of the drive threw atendent.
Luckly he bought my prop stroy and didn't call the cops.
And now you know...

The thing with those is the "Y" is upsidedown. I've not yet found the ones just like one the figure, so I went with the easy "X" to get it wairable

The Y isn't really upside down. The way those Y-suspenders attach to the belt is by 2 hooks on separate pieces of nylon webbing that create almost that X shape you mentioned.
