Lifeline and Gung-ho will be good to go by Dragon. I'm helpin' the Jar Head out on his. Speaking of, anyone got any idea on where to pick up a replica Blooper. Everyone's airsofts all look so realistic and I'm a little concerned that a scratch built grenade launcher might look fakey next to all the other ordinance...hmmm.

If I flew down, how would I get from the airport to the convention and back, besides someone being cool enough and extremely kind enough to haul my orange ass around if I pitch in for gas?
I'd probably have to rent a car or something.

If you fly into Atlanta their public transit, MARTA, has a line from the airport to downtown with a stop right practically under the con hotels.

Their might actually be one made by now for the Airsofts. You might also be able to find a sight online for how to make one. I know their are some places with instructions on turning Airsofts into pulse rifles etc, I'm sure their has to be something about adding a grenade launcher.

Alot of airsoft sites have add ons for mounting under the barrel of a pre-existing weapon. But Ho's was like vietnam era free standing version like Arnie used in T2. I may just have to end up making one out of various look alike parts floating around out there.

True, I know WW2 era weapons are being made. I don't know about Vietnam era ones yet. I'll keep an eye out.

I know of a guy doing Resin pulls off a real M-79. Very realistic, The draw back is it's $200.
Airsoft does have a version, but I don't think it's much cheaper, or might actually be more expensive.
The real problem is that The Jarhead had a modified M-79, with a pistol grip. Scratch built might be the way to go.

That's what I'm thinking. To spend that kinda $$$ it would have to be dead on balls accurate. I figure at a fration of the cost I can make one that looks just like his modified one.

Ah, but if they beat you up... they wind up in trouble for assault on a civilian.
